Telecaller (Freshers) Panchkula

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products and services, following a script and maintaining a friendly tone.

- **Identifying Customer Needs:** During calls, you will listen carefully to understand customer requirements, and provide relevant information to address their queries or concerns.

- **Updating Database:** You must accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our database to ensure that records are up-to-date for future reference.

- **Follow-Up Calls:** Regular follow-ups with potential customers will be necessary to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.

- **Meeting Targets:** You will be expected to achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls made and sales generated, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear and polite telephone manner. An ability to listen actively and empathize with customers is crucial. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are necessary, as you will use these tools for documentation.
