Job Description
Role: Lead Qualification Specialist
The Lead Qualification Specialist will be the first point of contact for enquired leads and
outreach leads. The role involves understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable
elevator solutions, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth transition from
enquiry to proposal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement:
Call and connect with enquired leads and outbound leads to understand their
elevator requirements in detail.
2. Client Need Assessment:
Gather information on site specifications, usage patterns, and budget to qualify the
lead.
3. Product Recommendation:
Suggest appropriate elevator models and specifications tailored to client needs.
4. Appointment Coordination:
Schedule in-person meetings for the client with the respective sales team member.
5. Proposal and Estimation Preparation:
Support in preparing preliminary proposals and cost estimates based on client
discussions.
6. Sales Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth flow of information and
timely follow-ups with leads.
