Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making high-volume calls to potential/existing customers to sell services or products, and answering incoming calls.
Lead Generation & Sales: Following up on leads, pitching products, and closing sales over the phone.
Customer Support: Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer databases and records of interactions.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call targets and sales quotas.
