Job Description

A telecaller is responsible for initiating or receiving telephone calls to promote products, generate leads, provide customer service, and schedule appointments. They work in sales or support roles, requiring strong communication skills to persuade prospects, handle objections, and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making high-volume calls to potential/existing customers to sell services or products, and answering incoming calls.

Lead Generation & Sales: Following up on leads, pitching products, and closing sales over the phone.

Customer Support: Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.

Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer databases and records of interactions.

Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call targets and sales quotas.
