Responsibilities:

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, aiming to exceed their expectations.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products/services to effectively address customer queries and promote upselling opportunities.

Adherence to Procedures: Follow company guidelines, scripts, and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
