Position: Telecaller Executive

Location: Indore

Salary: 2 - 4 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize provided calling data to conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the real estate sector.

Introduce our company's services, projects, and offerings to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Engage with clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and provide relevant information.

Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our properties to generate interest and leads.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and facilitate conversions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM system with relevant information.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up on client requirements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a telecalling or similar role within the real estate industry is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Graduation degree in any field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales or customer service role.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
