We are looking for a Tele Caller with at least one year of experience to join our team in Salt Lake. The ideal candidate will have completed their 12th grade and be prepared to contribute to our dynamic environment in a full-time office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: You will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, presenting our services, and explaining their benefits.

- **Handle Inbound Queries**: Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers, providing accurate information and assistance.

- **Maintain Customer Database**: Keep an organized record of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information for future follow-up.

- **Follow Up on Leads**: Reach out to leads generated through various marketing initiatives to convert them into potential clients.

- **Achieve Targets**: Work towards achieving monthly call and sales targets set by the management.

- **Provide Feedback**: Share insights from customer interactions with the team to improve service and product offerings.
