Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive - IT Products

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our IT products/solutions, and converting leads into sales through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from assigned lead lists to pitch IT products and solutions
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate product information to potential customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products or packages
Follow up on warm leads, pending enquiries, and previous conversations to drive closures
Maintain and update the CRM/lead tracker with call status, remarks, and follow-up dates
Meet daily/weekly call targets and monthly revenue/conversion goals
Coordinate with the sales executive or account manager for demos, proposals, and closures
Provide basic product FAQs and route technical queries to the appropriate team
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and product teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, , IT, or equivalent preferred)
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (IT/tech background a plus)
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language a bonus)
Basic understanding of IT products - software, SaaS, hardware, AMC, or cloud solutions
Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, or lead tracking software
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets
Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude
Good to Have
Prior experience in IT product or software sales
Familiarity with B2B sales processes
Knowledge of tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar
