Resolving customer queries & handling support tickets

Managing renewals and regular follow-ups

Conducting customer surveys & onboarding calls

Eligibility Criteria

* Experience in Tele-calling / Telemarketing preferred

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel

* Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English

* Strong communication & time management skills
