We are currently seeking 200 motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Outbound Tele Callers for Banking Lead Generation processes. Whether you're a fresher or an experienced professional, we encourage you to apply and be part of our exciting work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for prominent banking institutions such as ICICI Bank, I-security Standard Chartered, Tata Capital, Yes Bank, etc.

Communicate effectively in English and other languages to establish rapport with potential customers.

Showcase excellent communication skills, ranging from good to excellent.

Identify customer needs and promote various financial products including credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, demat accounts, home loans, education loans, gold loans, etc.

Work towards achieving individual and team targets to earn fixed salaries and lucrative incentives based on performance.

Participate in a 7-day training program to enhance product knowledge and sharpen communication skills.

Adhere to the shift timings from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a fixed week off on Sundays.

Ensure compliance with the lead generation process and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: HSC passed or above

Age: 18 to 36 years

Salary and Benefits:

Gross Salary: ?15,339 to ?23,139 (Depending on candidate's caliber)

Net Salary: ?13,408 to ?21,004 (Depending on candidate's caliber)
