TELECALLER - Full Time

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Medchal. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service and must have completed at least their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Calls: You will make outbound calls to potential customers to present our products or services and gather feedback.

- Engaging with Customers: Engage with customers over the phone, building rapport by understanding their needs and answering their queries effectively.

- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database to ensure consistent follow-up and service.

- Meeting Targets: Work towards monthly sales or engagement targets set by the management to contribute to the overall success of the team.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product information and sales techniques to provide customers with the best possible service.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, allowing them to effectively engage with customers. Candidates must be persuasive and confident when speaking over the phone. Basic knowledge of computer functions is required for maintaining records. We expect a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage calls and follow up appropriately. The candidate should be proactive and able to work effectively within a team environment.
