role & responsibilities

making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

• counsel clients about tourist visa process & requirements of countries like canada, australia, europe, usa, uk & many more.

• handling the walk-in, telephonic & email inquiries.

• fix appointments for counsellors and generate walk-in.

• follow-up on the leads till registration.
