Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Karnal for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the Tele Caller will maintain call records and update the customer database.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Customer service skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

0-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service

Must be located in commutable distance to Karnal, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Yamuna Nagar, Ambala.
