Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our aesthetic and cosmetic services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about our clinic-s treatments, packages, and offers.

Schedule and confirm appointments with clients efficiently.

Follow up with clients to remind them of upcoming appointments and collect feedback post-treatment.

Maintain a database of clients and update records of interactions and appointments.

Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Work closely with the clinic-s team to ensure a seamless client experience.
