responsibilities :

making calls: calling existing and potential customers to generate sales .

providing information: giving customers details about properties, prices, and amenities .

setting up meetings: arranging meetings for the sales team .

following up: regularly following up with customers to build relationships and address their needs .

updating records: maintaining daily call records and submitting progress reports .

using sales scripts: using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections .

meeting targets: meeting and exceeding sales targets.

staying updated: staying updated with market trends.

fieldwork: drive a scooty to deliver items or documents, attend customer meetings, or assist with other tasks that require local travel.

required skills:effective communication: excellent verbal communication skills to interact with nization & time management: ability to manage time well, prioritize tasks, and stay -savvy: comfort with crm systems and basic office software (like ms office).driving skills: proficiency in riding a scooty safely and omer service orientation: a polite and customer-focused approach to handling calls and queries.
