we are looking for a telecaller to join our team and make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers. the ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejection while maintaining professionalism.

key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to prospective customers.

handle inbound customer queries effectively.

promote products or services and explain their benefits.

maintain a database of customer information.

follow up with leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

resolve customer complaints or doubts in a polite and efficient manner.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

requirements:

minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate.

good communication skills in [english/hindi/local language].

basic computer knowledge.

previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is a plus.

ability to remain calm and handle pressure.

positive attitude and persuasive skills.
