Telecaller (Freshers) Delhi

As a Tele Caller, you will engage with potential customers over the phone to promote auto financing products specifically related to car loans. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting prospective customers, presenting our car loan offerings, qualifying leads, and assisting clients through the initial stages of the loan application process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contacting Prospective Customers: You will reach out to potential clients, introducing them to our auto financing solutions.

- Pitching Auto Financing Products: Communicate the features and benefits of our car loan products effectively to generate interest.

- Qualifying Leads: Assess and identify potential clients who qualify for our loan offerings based on their financial needs.

- Guiding Clients through the Application Process: Offer assistance and step-by-step guidance to applicants, ensuring they understand each phase of the loan application.

Required skills for this role include:

- Strong communication skills: You must be able to clearly express ideas and information over the phone.

- Persuasiveness: Ability to convince potential customers to consider our car loan products.

- Basic computer skills: Familiarity with using a computer or mobile device for tracking customer details and application progress.

This is a full-time position based in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. The ideal candidate is a female with 0 to 2 years of experience and has completed at least the 10th grade. The working hours will follow standard business timings, and you will be required to work from the office.
