We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products or services, and building strong customer relationships through phone communication. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Achieve monthly performance targets.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer interest.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Requirements
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM or Excel is a plus).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification (bachelors degree preferred).
