Tele Caller - Full Time (Female Candidates Only)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Tele Caller to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience and a minimum education of a 12th pass. This full-time role involves direct communication with potential customers to assist with inquiries and drive sales.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients. You will introduce our products or services, explain their benefits, and answer any questions potential customers may have. It is crucial to ensure accurate and detailed records of customer interactions for follow-up purposes. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering customer feedback and identifying needs to enhance service delivery.

We also expect you to follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Your ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling customer objections and rejections is essential.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Being articulate and persuasive will be key in effectively engaging with customers. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time well to meet targets. Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as using CRM software for tracking calls, is also required.
