role overview
we are hiring outbound customer support / sales executives for a fast-paced contact center environment. the role involves making outbound calls to existing or potential customers to promote services, generate leads, or close sales while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
key responsibilities
make outbound calls to customers as per assigned campaign
explain products/services clearly and confidently
generate leads or close sales (process-dependent)
achieve daily and monthly call & conversion targets
maintain accurate call records and crm updates
handle customer objections professionally
follow company policies and call scripts
eligibility criteria
minimum qualification: hsc / 12th pass (graduate preferred)
experience:
fresher or up to 2 years in outbound calling / telesales / bpo
language:
good english communication (mandatory)
additional regional language is an advantage
skills required
clear and confident communication
persuasion and objection-handling ability
target-driven mindset
basic computer knowledge
ability to work under pressure
shift & work details
shift: day / night / rotational (process-based)
