Good proficiency in English and Hindi (fluency in an additional language is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts, products, and services
Capable of explaining our services clearly and efficiently to clients
Experience or comfort in making outbound calls for lead generation and follow-ups
Ability to send emails and maintain communication records
Proficiency with Excel and basic computer applications
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred, but freshers with strong skills may also apply
