Telecaller - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking a Tele Caller to join our team in Dwarka. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers to promote our products and services, ensuring you clearly explain the benefits.

- **Handle Customer Inquiries:** Address questions and concerns from customers, providing accurate information and assistance to enhance their experience.

- **Maintain Call Logs:** Keep accurate records of calls made, including details about customer interactions, so that follow-ups can be effectively managed.

- **Meet Daily Targets:** Work towards achieving daily or weekly call targets set by the management, helping drive the overall sales performance.

- **Gather Customer Feedback:** Collect opinions and suggestions from customers about their experiences with our services to help improve our offerings.
