Job Summary :-

Dev Stayz is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle hotel and wedding booking inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into confirmed bookings for hotel stays and wedding events.

Key Responsibilities :-

Ø Handle inbound and outbound calls for hotel rooms and wedding event inquiries

Ø Follow up on wedding leads for banquet halls, catering, décor, and room bookings

Ø Explain hotel services, wedding packages, and pricing details to customers

Ø Maintain daily call records, lead tracking, and booking status reports

Ø Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmation and client requirements

Ø Handle WhatsApp and email communication for wedding and hotel inquiries

Ø Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

Ø Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage)

Ø Experience in telecalling, sales, hotel, or event industry preferred

Ø Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Ø Basic knowledge of computer, Excel, and CRM tools

Ø Customer-friendly attitude and professional communication

Experience :-

Ø Experience in hotel reservations, wedding sales, or event industry will be preferred
