Responsibilities:-

Making outbound calls to prospective clients to explain our visa services and provide guidance on visa applications for tourist in Canada, Australia, UK, and USA.

Answering client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to visa applications.

Scheduling appointments for in-person consultations with clients, where necessary.

Generating leads for potential new clients.

Participating in training sessions and other professional development opportunities as needed.
