Requirements
€¢ 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
€¢ Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
€¢ Knowledge of computer programs like CRM or MS Office and telephone systems.
€¢ Efficient with English, Kannada and optional Tamil.
€¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
€¢ Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
