Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers: As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to individuals or businesses to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
2. Handling inbound calls: Addressing incoming calls from customers, resolving queries, and providing information about our offerings.
3. Maintaining call records: Documenting details of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes accurately in the database.
4. Following up with prospects: Continuously engaging with leads through calls to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
5. Achieving call targets: Meeting daily/weekly/monthly call quotas set by the team leader or manager.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate clearly, listen attentively, and convey information effectively over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge: Familiarity with using CRM software, internet browsers, and email applications.
