As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. You will need to communicate effectively and professionally, with the aim of generating sales leads or setting appointments for the sales team. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
Key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls to prospects, explaining product features and benefits, identifying customer needs and preferences, scheduling appointments for sales representatives, and updating customer information in the database.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also important for this role. A high school diploma (12th pass) is required, and previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working well within a team.
