Interview For Telecaller || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Meerut. This is a part-time work-from-home position suitable for freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, and promoting sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services, generating interest and potential sales.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients over the phone, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have about our offerings.

- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient tracking of interactions.

- Sales Promotion: Highlight the benefits of our services to encourage potential customers to consider our offerings and make purchases.

- Feedback Collection: Gather opinions from customers during calls to help improve service quality and understand market needs.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently. Basic computer skills are necessary to manage calls and record details accurately. A professional and friendly demeanor is essential for building rapport with customers. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is crucial, as this role requires self-motivation and organization.
