Job Responsibilities -

✓ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service

✓ Answer questions about services or the organization

✓ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

✓ Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

✓ Achieve the targets / goals set by the organization

✓ Handling calls (Incomings as well as Outgoings)

Skills / Abilities required –

✓ Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required for an education counselor

✓ Patience should be a virtue worn at all times by individuals who work as education counselors

✓ Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times

✓ Ability to tolerate stress and pressure
