Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide support for hardware, networking, and related technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and on-site technical support. The role requires both office-based and field-based work, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and networking-related issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system, device, and network problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networking equipment, and related devices
• Visit client sites for field support, servicing, and issue resolution as required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely technical assistance and problem resolution
• Maintain service reports, issue logs, and technical documentation
• Assist in ensuring smooth operation of all installed systems and equipment
Requirements and Qualifications:
• in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Understanding of routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting techniques
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Candidate:
• Candidate willing to work in field-based assignments as well as office-based support
• Owns a personal vehicle for travel and site visits
• Comfortable handling client interactions during on-site visits
• Male candidate preferred
