Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries via phone/email

- Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues

- Handle complaints/escalations with a customer-first mindset

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

- Maintain and follow up on support tickets within SLA

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Effective problem-solving and customer service skills

- Basic ERP knowledge (hands-on experience is a plus)
