Title: Technical Support Engineer (Work From Home)

Location: Sector 150, Noida, UP

Client: Zingitsquad Pvt. Ltd.

Work Hours: Pacific Time Zone (Night Shift)

Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Must have worked with the USA customer in past.

Must have worked on Connectwise Manage.

Must have worked on Office 365 administration with a focus on Azure/MFA/AD Sync/SSO etc.

Must know Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Firewall/Routers, Printers etc.

Job is to work in the Pacific Time Zone.
