Technical Support Engineer (1-3 Years)
Location: Satellite Road, Ahmedabad
· Should have knowledge of Hardware and troubleshooting the same.
· Should have knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.
· Should have basic concept of Network Functioning and Troubleshooting.
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues.
· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Teamviewer, Anydesk)
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
· Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they€™ve solved a technical issue.
· Ensure all issues are properly logged.
