1. To work, as directed by the Project Manager to execute pre & post activities of Engineering projects.
2. To prepare standards, procedures, and reports related to Project Operations as per Catalydd management and Customer-specific requirements.
3. Conduct technical training & assessments for the project team as per the induction training plan agreed upon (OJT, Periodic evaluation, and Skill Matrix updating) between Catalydd & Customer.
4. Provide technical support and active participation in the selection of the project team as per Customer specific requirements.
5. To provide technical support for customer complaints and concerns (Rejection analysis and Action plan execution).
