Job Description / Responsibilities

Servicing of our products at client site which maybe anywhere in India or outside of India.

Installation & Commissioning of our products at customers site.

Attending to Customer Complaints by visit to site or resolving them through phone calls or videos.

Valve, assembly, testing, calibration.

Arranging Customer Complaint Spares & Dispatching the same

Maintaining Customer Complaint Register & Records

Desired profile of the candidate

2-3 years experience as Service Engineer preferably

in similar field.
