Key Responsibilities (KRA)

€¢ Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

€¢ Provide remote client support on inbound calls related to computers, printers, and related devices.

€¢ Troubleshoot technical issues for US/Canada customers concerning computers and printers.

€¢ Research prospects and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

€¢ Contact potential and existing customers via phone and email.

€¢ Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

€¢ Manage the sales process using specific software tools.

€¢ Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.

€¢ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

€¢ Actively participate in sales team meetings and collaborative efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

€¢ Experience: 0€“1 year in a customer care or related role (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

€¢ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

€¢ Self-motivated with a drive for success and a proactive approach.

€¢ Confident communicator, particularly with business directors and C-level executives.

€¢ Quick relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
