We are an IT company where we develop websites and mobile apps for our customers. We are looking for a Project Manager (Technical).

This job role involves following steps

1. You will be the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.

2. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

3. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.

4. Work with developers and other internal teams to meet clients needs as and when requested.

5. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

6. Must be good in English (read, write and speak)

7. Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.

8. Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
