Urgent Requirement For Technical Project Manager – Telecoms

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager – Telecom Infrastructure to manage end-to-end delivery of telecom network and infrastructure projects. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, global vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver projects from initiation to BAU transition.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end telecom infrastructure and network projects

Deliver projects within approved scope, timelines, and budgets

Handle mobile network deployments including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G (NSA & SA)

Manage IMS and Core Network systems (GMSC, SBC, STP, SMSC, DRA, HLR/HSS)

Oversee Data Centre and IT infrastructure projects

Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports

Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes

Lead vendor estimates, budgeting, and PO creation

Coordinate with IT, Network, Operations, Product, BI, and Customer Services teams

Provide weekly status updates to project sponsors and stakeholders

Manage internal and external project meetings

Support technical handover to operations

Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Telecom Infrastructure Project Management

Hands-on experience with 4G / 5G network deployments

Deep understanding of Core Network and IMS

PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)

Experience with Agile project management methodologies

Strong knowledge of telecom networks, IP networking, and data centres

Experience working in Telco / MNO / MVNO environments

Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills

Strong communication skills (English – verbal & written)
