Provide a range of secretarial and administrative services, including, but not limited to coordinating committee meetings and preparing papers; team meetings and functions, compiling and storing documents

2. Recording minutes of meeting and circulating amongst all the clients and the project management team

3. Help project manager allocate tasks on the Project management tool

4. Create user stories and share with the project manager and the client

5. Record the requirements from the team to do a certain task and circulate to the respective client

6. Assist Project Manager in project scheduling

7. Assist in the continuous improvement of existing program coordination processes to make them more efficient and effective over time

8. Provide support to activities associated with timely & efficient on-boarding and exiting team members & associated hardware/software
