you are responsible for recruiting and hiring it engineers for the us location. this includes sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding talented and top quality candidates. you are expected to meet the hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
recruiters
• source and recruit the best it engineers (pipeline) to assure sufficient qualified pipeline is maintained for the resource team
• ability to qualify and submit it candidates from various job boards and network around
• conduct interviews on behalf of us clients
• work with hr to ensure compliance with all us federal laws and regulations
• assist hr in on boarding process of candidates
• other duties as assigned by management.
qualifications:
• any graduate in marketing, sales, psychology, hr, computer science or mba or be/ .
• 2+ year’s experience in the it recruiting
• knowledge in various it software tools, languages and databases
• strong written and verbal communication.
• familiarity with resource management
• usage of applicant tracing tools
