responsibilities:

● research, write, and finalize technical product documentation for enterprise

software.

● build and publish end-user documentation for product releases.

● create clear and concise technical content for end users.

● plan, estimate, and deliver the work allocated on time.

● work closely with development, qa, product management, and technical

support teams.

● create high-quality documentation by adhering to the standard writing guidelines and

ensure that the documents are easily readable, technically accurate, and complete.

○ create additional product information in the form of digital content

suitable for tutorials, training, marketing, webinars, blogging, and

conference presentations.

○ knowledge of style guides like microsoft style.

○ report issues with the product as you use it to develop the user

documentation.

skills:

● knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

● agile development practices.

● basic programming or scripting skills.

● xml/sgml editor such as arbortext, framemaker.

● technical writing skills in different tools such as zoho writer, ms word, zira and robo
