Technical Content Developer (1-5 Years)

We are looking for a Technical Content Developer with 1 to 5 years of experience to create clear and engaging technical content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. This position is based in Baruipur and requires full-time work in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create Technical Documentation: Develop user manuals, product guides, and online help materials that are easy to understand and follow. This includes working closely with development teams to gather information.

2. Maintain Content Accuracy: Ensure that all technical documents are up-to-date with the latest product features and functionality. Regularly review and revise content as necessary.

3. Collaborate with Teams: Work with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and create comprehensive content that meets user needs and industry standards.

4. Conduct Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in technology and gather information from various sources to enhance technical content quality.

5. Enhance User Experience: Design content in a way that improves the overall user experience, making it easier for users to find the information they need.
