Eligibility:Only Life Science Graduates (UG/PG) are eligible to apply.Accepted specializations include: Bio-Medical, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-Technology, and Pharma.Job ResponsibilitiesReview and summarize patient medical records accurately.Eliminate non-medical documents in line with process guidelines.Prepare structured medical documents as per client specifications.Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance in all medical summaries.Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology.Good understanding of medical terminology, diseases, and treatments.Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and extract relevant medical information.Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.Ability to work with deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Client Outreach: Conduct regular visits to hotels to promote corporate medical packages, especially for visa renewals and food handler certifications. Visit banks, government offices, and agencies to establish and maintain annual partnerships.Business Development: Organize and conduct medical camps in collaboration with police stations, schools, hotels, consular offices, and other government institutions. Hold frequent client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate effective business leads. Follow up on ongoing business activities and ensure timely client payments.Marketing Activities: Coordinate with marketing agencies for brochure design and event planning. Support event execution and campaign implementation. Prepare and propose marketing strategies for both social media and print media to enhance brand visibility.Operational Support: Gain familiarity with clinic operations by working at the front desk from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily. Share daily visit plans with the supervisor. Stay updated on clinic pricing, services, and ongoing offers.______________Candidate RequirementsLanguage & Communication: Proficient in spoken English. Responsible for understanding the requirements of the clients for each case that has to be investigated. Responsible for assigning cases and supervising field investigators/Executives at ground level and communicate with claimant whenever required. Responsible for gathering quality evidence pertaining to cases within TAT given by the clients. Maintain strong communication and relationship with the client by intimating minute to minute status related to the cases. Communicate investigation findings, recommendations and outcomes with the clients. Maintain strong coordination with the in-house team for generating and preparing reports. Ability to go on field for investigation whenever necessary as required by the position. Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings from claim investigation.

Job Requirement: Perform clinical evaluation of the medical/clinical records. Analyze data and information of the medical/clinical records. Summarize the medical reports of US based hospitals.Selection Criteria, Skills, and Competencies: Doctors (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS), Pharmacists (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Nurses (RN), Dentists (BDS), Science Graduates (Life Science), Clinical Research certification. Good knowledge of medical terminology/language of medicine/drugs. Good analytical skills. Ability to write proficiently in English language. Basic keyboarding and familiarity with OS. Ability to use desktop computers efficiently.Roles and Responsibilities: Should be able to understand and grasp the key concepts of the job.
