Should possess a degree in or (IT/CSE/ECE) OR MCA from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate

AND

Apart from the above basic qualifications, a candidate applying for any of the above said posts must have qualified in Punjabi

Language up to matric standard or its equivalent from any recognized institute/Board or should have passed the Punjabi language proficiency test held by Department of Languages, Government of Punjab.
