Job Description:

Provide technical support to teams, research technical information, maintain reports and documents, assist in understanding drawings, and coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of engineering products and components

• Ability to understand technical drawings and documents

• Strong searching and research skills to find technical information and solutions

• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients

• Prepare reports, technical documentation and maintain records

• Coordinate with design, production and service teams for smooth operations

• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet research and technical tools

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / . Mechanical or any technical background

• Fresher or 1 year experience can apply

Preferred Skills:

• Basic technical or engineering knowledge

• Strong research and searching skills

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools

Preference:
