Job Description:

Provide technical support to teams, research technical information, maintain reports and documents, assist in understanding drawings, and coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic knowledge of engineering products and components

Ability to understand technical drawings and documents

Strong searching and research skills to find technical information and solutions

Provide technical support to internal teams and clients

Prepare reports, technical documentation and maintain records

Coordinate with design, production and service teams for smooth operations

Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet research and technical tools

Required Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / . Mechanical or any technical background

Fresher or 1 year experience can apply

Preferred Skills:

Basic technical or engineering knowledge

Strong research and searching skills

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools

Preference:
