Job Description:

Provide technical support to teams, research technical information, maintain reports and documents, assist in understanding drawings, and coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Basic knowledge of engineering products and components

€¢ Ability to understand technical drawings and documents

€¢ Strong searching and research skills to find technical information and solutions

€¢ Provide technical support to internal teams and clients

€¢ Prepare reports, technical documentation and maintain records

€¢ Coordinate with design, production and service teams for smooth operations

€¢ Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail

€¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet research and technical tools

Required Qualification & Experience:

€¢ Diploma / . Mechanical or any technical background

€¢ Fresher or 1 year experience can apply

Preferred Skills:

€¢ Basic technical or engineering knowledge

€¢ Strong research and searching skills

€¢ Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

€¢ Good communication and coordination skills

€¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools
