job summary:

the loan team leader is responsible for managing a team of loan executives/dsas to achieve business targets for personal loan, business loan, home loan, lap, and credit card products. the role involves training, motivating, and monitoring the sales team to ensure maximum productivity and quality sourcing.

key responsibilities:

lead, guide, and motivate the loan sales team to achieve monthly disbursement targets.

generate leads and manage sourcing through field visits, telecalling, and referrals.

train team members on loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.

coordinate with banks/nbfcs for file login, approval, and disbursement.

maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high conversion rates.

monitor team performance and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

ensure compliance with company and bank policies.

required skills & qualifications:

graduate in any discipline (bba, preferred).

minimum 24 years of experience in loan sales (team handling experience preferred).

good communication and leadership skills.

strong knowledge of loan products and dsa processes.

target-driven and result-oriented approach.

basic computer knowledge (ms excel, email).

salary:

fixed + incentives (based on performance and disbursement)
