Tamil Telecaller - Full Time (Only Females)

We are seeking a motivated Tamil Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: The telecaller will initiate calls to potential customers to promote products or services, ensuring a friendly and professional approach.

- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers actively to understand their needs and respond to their inquiries, fostering a positive relationship.

- Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and interactions in our database to keep track of leads and follow-ups.

- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with previous leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.

- Meet Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets set by the management to contribute to the overall business goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Fluency in Tamil: The candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil to effectively converse with customers.

- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with call center software and Microsoft Office is essential.

- Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing excellent service and support to customers is a must.

- Time Management: Effective time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls efficiently.
