Tamil Telecaller - Full Time (Only Females)

We are seeking a motivated Tamil Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will work from home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** The telecaller will initiate calls to potential customers to promote products or services, ensuring a friendly and professional approach.

- **Customer Engagement:** Engage with customers actively to understand their needs and respond to their inquiries, fostering a positive relationship.

- **Data Entry:** Accurately record customer information and interactions in our database to keep track of leads and follow-ups.

- **Follow-up Calls:** Conduct follow-up calls with previous leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.

- **Meet Targets:** Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets set by the management to contribute to the overall business goals.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Fluency in Tamil:** The candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil to effectively converse with customers.

- **Basic Computer Skills:** Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with call center software and Microsoft Office is essential.

- **Customer Service Orientation:** A strong commitment to providing excellent service and support to customers is a must.

- **Time Management:** Effective time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls efficiently.
