we are looking for a qualified talent acquisition specialist who can make hiring faster and get fitting candidates for our company. We expect our talent acquisition specialist will make the interviewing process not only faster but easier.
Skills and Responsibilities
Experience in head-hunting suitable candidates on various job sites like Naukri, Monster, Indeed etc.
Actively participating in LinkedIn and executing various activities such as job posting, updating content, branding, job search etc.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and ensuring that the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Perform activities such as job description creation, CV screening, interview scheduling, accessing skills of the candidates, cross-referencing candidate credentials.
Must have good communication skills
Must have experience in salary negotiation and onboarding activities.
