job description:

we are looking for a dedicated talent acquisition specialist with strong communication skills who can efficiently manage bulk hiring for domains such as ites, insurance, and customer service (international process). the candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and must be comfortable working in a uk shift environment.

key responsibilities:

handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple domains (ites, bpo, insurance, etc.)

source candidates using various platforms (job portals, social media, references, etc.)

conduct screenings and coordinate interviews

ensure timely closures and maintain quality of hires

collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring targets

facilities: both-sided cab facility provided
