We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join our team in Ratanpole, Ahmedabad. This position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for taking measurements of clients to create custom garments. This involves understanding their preferences and providing guidance on style and fit. You will also cut and sew fabric based on patterns or specifications, ensuring that each piece meets our quality standards.

Another key duty will be to alter existing clothing, which might involve shortening or lengthening hems, adjusting fits, and replacing buttons or zippers. You will also be expected to maintain the sewing machines and tools to ensure they function properly before and after each use.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail and a passion for fashion. You should be able to work with different types of fabrics and understand how to handle them appropriately. Strong sewing skills, both by hand and with machines, are crucial for this role.

You will need to have good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly, along with the ability to work in a team, will help you succeed. Time management skills are important as you will need to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
